A community that decided to get on the move.
The path represents a bridge between past and present. It crosses the mountain and provides a network of life for its inhabitants. In the past, paths were used by everyone and for everything: to go to work, to school, to visit friends, or for love. Some people walked them to collect wood, some to take animals to pasture, some to gather chestnuts and mushrooms. Paths are full of life and history. They are ever-changing according to the seasons and the course of nature, but also long-lived and still appreciated by those who explore them for a delightful immersion in nature or for the pleasure of physical exertion. Along the paths of Martiniana Po, we retrace the stories of the past.
